Ok, so let’s move onto the next element in your personal development plan, the element of water.
This element represents the logical, analytical aspect of things. this is also the realm of strategic planning in your personal development plan.

Find the path of least resistence, and move forward, with nothing to slow you down or stop you.
If you did your work properly, you discovered your life purpose and are ready to start putting together an action plan in your personal development plan that will allow you to start moving toward those things you value and creating that life you dream of living. Of living your life purpose on a daily, regular basis.
The element of water is one of fluid adaptability. It picks the path of least resistence, and creates amazing results based on that path.
This is also the path of strategic planning. Water knows that it’s ultimate goal is the ocean, and it finds the easiest path of least risistance in order to get there. This is important to understand when talking about your personal development plan. Your life purpose is your ocean, and your strategic planning is how you will get there.
The key here is to figure out how to get there as easily and quickly as possible. Think about the water element for a moment. It doesn’t force it’s way through. It doesn’t demand that rocks and dirt and plants move. It simply builds up until it is able to naturally, peacefully, and easily able to pass by those rocks, dirt, and trees.
This must be your daily, normal path in life as well. This doesn’t mean that it won’t take strength and patience at times. If you have to go back to school, raise your children, and work a 40 hour a week job in order to get there, then that’s what needs to be done. This you building up strength and mass until you are able to let go and keep flowing.
The positive aspects of a water personality are as follows:
Logical, scientific perspective
Adaptability
Fluid, constant motion
Angling and positioning for the best results
The ability to touch and grab, but unable to be touched or grabbed. Like a slippery fish, it can bite you, but you have a hard time keeping your hands on it.
Constant motion toward the end goal
Effective, efficient, natural movement toward the end goal without the use of force, strength, or power
The negative aspects of a water personality:
To analytical. Easily slips into paralysis analysis and gets no results
Gets to busy planning and doesn’t take enough action
Can forget to include emotion into daily life, the planning phase, and interactions and sticks to much to the intillect
Understand this element and you will begin to develop a very powerful skill. That skill will allow you to logically view things going on, put together a plan of action, and find the path of least resistence to get to where you want to go.
